Carmeuse Mine Tunnel Rehab, Ingersoll, ON

Hardrock was contracted to repair previous shotcrete failure to a rock face at the entrance of a service tunnel. This project involved scaling of existing rock face, installation of 3 meter long rock bolts using a Jack Leg Drill. We installed a 6x6 15m rebar grid on the entire repair area.  The repair took approximately 50 cubic meters of shotcrete.
